Updated for newest version follow changes to Julia 0.5

Both Julia 0.4 and 0.5 are supported by the following node versions. Because iojs and node have been reunited, iojs is no longer tested, but it should be supported.

• node 0.12
• node 4.2
• node 5.2

Maintained older version support

Julia 0.3 supported by node 0.10 and after. Node 0.10 remains incompatible with Julia version 0.4 and after.
